Acts4Youth has a variety of staff who support and mentor the youth.
They are all Christian and strive to model the characteristics of the missing pieces to adulthood.
(One for the boys’ program and one for the girls’ program) - teach group lessons, develop partnerships with parents, provide guidance for students with more regular behavioral problems, and train and support staff.
Our Guides supervise and mentor student groups during the afterschool program, assist with group lessons and expeditions, and act as small group leaders.
Our volunteer mentors lead small groups, assist with tutoring, and develop a rapport with the youth. All volunteer mentors have gone through background checks and training and are supervised and supported by staff.
